Meet the Artist

Hello and thank you for visiting! My name is Tori and I am a watercolor artist who lives at the foot of the blue ridge mountains in Charlottesville, VA. Art has been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember. From crafting to acrylic, oil, and watercolor painting, creativity has always been one of my passions.

I completed my undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech, mixing in as many art classes as I could fit into my schedule. I received my Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology from UNC Chapel Hill, and I now work at a local Children’s Hospital. When not working or painting, I can be found enjoying time outside with my husband, Charlie, and our mini goldendoodle (and part-time studio manager), Harper.

Prints for a Purpose

Learning early on the impact that art can have on fundraising, I have donated the proceeds from various projects to charities and organizations that I feel strongly about. While at Virginia Tech, I funded a teaching opportunity for myself in Malawai, Africa by selling snowman Christmas decorations at local craft shows. After being moved by the experience, I continued creating the snowmen with the help of my family for several years, donating all proceeds to provide scholarships and school supplies to students in Malawi.
